A quick way to climb in Google search this week

Want a ranking bump without rebuilding your website or spending money on ads? Ask for reviews. On purpose. Every week. For the next month.

Google's local algorithm leans heavily on review volume, review recency, and review keywords. A business with 14 reviews from the last 12 months will usually outrank a business with 80 reviews from five years ago.

Here is the system we give Charlotte clients:

Every Friday afternoon, pull the list of jobs you finished that week. For each happy customer, send one text. Keep it short: "Thanks for choosing us this week. If we earned it, would you mind dropping a quick Google review? Here is the link." Then paste your Google review link.

Five texts a week. That is 20 review requests a month. Even at a 30% response rate, that is six fresh reviews every month, more than most of your competitors will get all year.

Bonus points if customers mention the service and the neighborhood in their review. "They fixed our water heater in South End" is worth more to your rankings than "Great service!"

Reviews are one piece of a bigger picture. Here's how the rest of our Charlotte local SEO services fit together.
