Local marketing playbook

Stop guessing: pick one local marketing move and commit

A pattern we see all the time with Charlotte business owners: they try a different marketing thing every month. Google Ads in January. A new website in March. TikTok in May. Direct mail in July. A networking group in September.

By December, none of it has worked. Not because any of it was wrong. Because nothing was given enough time to actually work.

Local marketing rewards commitment way more than cleverness.

Pick one move. Run it for 90 days, minimum. Track it honestly. Then decide.

If you have to pick one and you are starting from scratch, our default recommendation for a Charlotte service business is: finish your Google Business Profile, get a weekly review system in place, and update your website so it actually mentions what you do and where you do it. Ninety days of doing only that beats nine different campaigns done halfway.
