How to win your Charlotte market without genius-level marketing

Most Charlotte service businesses overthink marketing. They want the clever angle, the viral hook, the campaign that goes around the office.

1. A fully built Google Business Profile. Right categories, real photos, real service areas, services listed with descriptions.

2. A steady stream of recent reviews. Five new reviews this month beats fifty old ones from 2021.

3. A website that says, plainly, what you do and where you do it. Charlotte, the neighborhoods, the services. One sentence per service is enough.

4. A phone number that gets answered. Doesn't matter how many calls Google sends if you let them roll to voicemail.
